Visitor Parking at 1396 Ogilvie Road.

Any and all information collected through this parking registration form will be used only for parking control purposes at our property.  We do not share personal or any submitted information with any individual/party/company outside of Bona Building & Management at 1396 Ogilvie Road or the tenant within the building you are visiting. The leaseholder of the apartment your car is registered to be visiting may be contacted by building management if the car is in contravention to our parking rules and regulations as described below, or should the vehicle need to be moved in case of an emergency.

General Parking Regulations

• No parking in the drive through areas in front of the building.
• No parking along curbs or driveway areas.
• Parking signs MUST be obeyed at all times.
• Should the visitor’s lots be full, visitor cars must be parked OFF PROPERTY. 

Visitors parking

• Tenants can NOT park in visitors parking area for any length of time;
• 2 stays per 7 days;
• If the Visitors parking area is full - visitors must park off the property; 
• Any visitor not abiding by the rules will be ticked and towed and the owners expense.

Loading and Unloading Area

• 15 minutes maximum;
• Tenants and visitors may use the spots – if the area is full you must park in your assigned spot (tenant) or for visitors you must park in the visitors parking area and register or park off the property. 

Handicap spot

• 3 hours maximum;
• Tenants and visitors may use this spot; – if the area is full you must park in your assigned spot (tenant) or for visitors you must park in the visitors parking area and register or park off the property;
• Must have a valid handicap permit displayed on the dash.

Should you require extended parking (more than described in regulations above), please visit the Rental Office to make arrangements.

NON REGISTERED VEHICLES, OR THOSE IN VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE ABOVE REGULATIONS, WILL BE SUBJECT TO TICKETING AND/OR TOWING AT THE EXPENSE OF THE VEHICLES OWNER.
